HAZELNUT WAFFLES, MILK CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Waffle batter

Recipe of waffle

1- In a bowl: mix the flour, the hazelnut flour, the sugar and the baking powder

2- Add the eggs (beaten), mix well

3- Gradually, add the milk while stirring vigorously with a whisk to avoid clumping

4- Add the vanilla bean (previously scraped), the melted butter and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well

5- Leave to cool 2 hours (minimum) into the refrigerator before cooking into the waffle maker

Milk chocolate sauce

1- In a saucepan: heat the water, the milk and the liquid cream over low flame

2- Pour the content of the saucepan into the chocolate (previously broken into pieces)

3- Stir with a whisk, the sauce is ready!

Chef advice : wonderful with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and roasted hazelnuts
