Waffle Batter
- 125g flour
- 125g hazelnut flour
- 40g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500g whole milk
- 100g melted butter
- 1 vanilla bean
- 10g baking powder

- In a bowl: mix the flour, the hazelnut flour, the sugar and the baking powder
- Add the eggs (beaten), mix well
- Gradually, add the milk while stirring vigorously with a whisk to avoid clumping
- Add the vanilla bean (previously scraped), the melted butter and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well
- Leave to cool 2 hours (minimum) into the refrigerator before cooking into the waffle maker
Milk chocolate sauce
- 50g water
- 50g liquid cream 30%
- 50g whole milk
- 150g milk chocolate

- In a saucepan: heat the water, the milk and the liquid cream over low flame
- Pour the content of the saucepan into the chocolate (previously broken into pieces)
- Stir with a whisk, the sauce is ready

Chef advice : wonderful with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and roasted hazelnuts
